Explore issues of state neutrality and religious accommodation vis-à-vis the proposed legislation of the Quebec’s Charter of Values. The proposed Charter includes banning public sector workers, including teachers and all civil servants from wearing “ostentatious” religious symbols. This includes: hijabs, turbans, and large crosses.
